IPC capabilities and Category C scope

  • ServiceNow consulting and implementation across CSM / PSDS, SecOps, App Engine / custom applications, Workplace Service Delivery, IT Operations Management, and Service Portal.
  • Snowflake data modernization, optimization, migration, governance, and AI / ML strategy.
  • Mission-based application services, data analytics, and IT consulting aligned to an agency’s statement of work.
SEWP VI has three scope categories: Category A covers ITC/AV product solutions; Category B covers enterprise-wide ITC/AV service solutions; Category C covers mission-based ITC/AV service solutions. IPC’s contract is in Category C.
Pure product-only orders are excluded from Category C. Any ancillary hardware, software, or supplies must be integral to the contracted services and permitted by the applicable contract. A corporate capability or a vendor product name does not by itself establish that an item is available on IPC’s SEWP contract.
NASA’s September 9, 2026 auxiliary guidance states that Category C orders are limited to $2 million per order, inclusive of options, in the first year of contract performance and $10 million per order in the second year. Removal of these restrictions is subject to NASA action beginning in the third year. Confirm the current limit and IPC’s eligibility with NASA before issuing a requirement.
For a scope review, send an overview or bill of materials to help@sewp.nasa.gov. See NASA’s SEWP VI scope information.

How to obtain a quote

  1. When SEWP VI ordering is open and IPC is active, use NASA’s Quote Request Tool (QRT) and select the appropriate Category C competition group. The ordering contracting officer is responsible for satisfying fair opportunity and applicable agency procedures.
  2. For quote preparation or planning assistance, contact Mohammad Usman or Humza Riaz using the details in IPC program support contacts. Provide your agency, point of contact, requirement or statement of work, quantities or estimated effort, delivery location, requested schedule, period of performance, and the QRT request number if one has been issued.
  3. For hardware or software associated with a Category C service requirement, identify the associated services and requested warranty or support coverage. IPC will check scope and contract availability before preparing a SEWP VI quote. Standalone product-only requirements require a suitable procurement

How to place an order

  1. The requesting agency defines its requirement, secures funding, and follows its internal procurement procedures and the applicable fair opportunity requirements.
  2. An authorized ordering contracting officer issues the order to IntegrityPro Consulting, LLC under contract 80TECH26D1928. Include the agency order number, IPC quote and line-item pricing, applicable NAICS code and order contract type, addresses, total amount, signature, and other NASA-required order information.
  3. Route the order and any later modification through the NASA SEWP Program Management Office (PMO), including submission to sewporders@sewp.nasa.gov as applicable. The ordering agency issues and funds the order; NASA processes and tracks it.
  4. IPC begins fulfillment only after the order has been processed by the SEWP PMO and assigned a SEWP Control Number (SCN).

Installation warranty and post delivery support

Installation and implementation

Request installation or implementation during quote preparation. Identify the site or environment, access prerequisites, dependencies, schedule, testing, and acceptance criteria in the statement of work. Installation is included when specified in the awarded order. Contact the IPC program team below to coordinate delivery or report an installation problem.

Basic warranty

Review the warranty and correction obligations in the applicable contract, awarded order, and any incorporated manufacturer or publisher terms. To request warranty assistance, provide the order number, SCN, affected item or deliverable, delivery or acceptance date, and a description of the issue to the IPC program team. The team will identify the applicable coverage and coordinate the contractual remedy. This page does not set a separate warranty duration or limit contractual correction duties.

Extended warranty

Request extended warranty or support coverage during quote preparation, including the product or deliverable, coverage dates, and service level needed. Availability, scope, and price must be stated in the applicable quote and awarded order. For an existing order, contact the IPC program team to review eligibility and any authorized order modification; extended coverage is not automatically included.

Technical support

Contact the IPC program team with the order number, SCN, affected service or system, business impact, error information, and a callback contact. IPC will review the requirement and coordinate with the responsible delivery team or authorized provider. Support hours, response targets, and escalation arrangements are those specified in the applicable contract and order; this page does not promise a separate response time or 24-hour service.

Software support

Provide the software name and version, affected environment, entitlement or subscription reference where applicable, and a description of the issue. IPC will review the support coverage and coordinate with the appropriate software publisher or delivery team. Updates, patches, maintenance, renewals, and implementation assistance are governed by the applicable entitlement and awarded order.

Other post delivery issues

For delivery discrepancies, damage, acceptance questions, invoice concerns, returns, or renewals, send the order number, SCN, affected line item, relevant documents, and requested correction to the IPC program team. Obtain return or replacement instructions before shipping an item. Work that changes the ordered scope or price must follow the authorized contract and order modification process.

For all of these requests, contact Mohammad Usman at mohammad.usman@integritypro.com or 703-362-1263. Humza Riaz is the alternate contact at humza.riaz@integritypro.com or 703-498-9738.

How to troubleshoot an order

  1. Gather the agency order number, SEWP contract number, SCN if assigned, quote or QRT request number, affected line items, issue description, and your contact information. Include relevant error messages or delivery details using an agency-approved channel for any sensitive information.
  2. Contact Mohammad Usman, IPC SEWP Program Manager, using the details in IPC program support contacts. If he is unavailable or the issue remains unresolved, contact Humza Riaz, IPC SEWP Deputy Program Manager, and reference the previous correspondence.
  3. IPC will review the order and coordinate the next action with the appropriate delivery team or provider. For questions about NASA order processing, routing, or scope, contact the NASA SEWP help desk below. Changes to the order must be authorized by the ordering contracting officer and routed through the SEWP PMO.

Fair opportunity and requests for quotes

SEWP VI is a multiple-award GWAC. Orders are subject to FAR 16.505(b) and the applicable contract requirements. The issuing contracting officer retains order-selection documentation. The following clause is posted for customer reference.

A.1.13 Fair Opportunity and Requests for Quotes

Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. No documentation for the order selection is required to be submitted with the order. All such documentation is to be maintained by the issuing procurement office.

The Contractor shall not market, quote or otherwise offer for sale, any IT Solutions not listed under this contract, until the said solutions are included in the SEWP database of record, and available to all Government end-users.

If the Government issues a Request For Information (RFI) as part of market research, the Contractor may provide items not yet listed on their SEWP contract as part of a market research quote if:

  1. all such items are clearly marked as not yet available on their SEWP contract; and
  2. the contractor submits a technology refreshment request to add those products to their contract

If the Government issues a Request For Quote (RFQ) or a Market Research Request (MRR), the Contractor may only respond with items available on their Contract and the price of each item shall be the no greater than the price in Attachment F SEWP database of record at the time the quote is issued. If the Contractor has insufficient items on their contract to fully respond to the Formal RFQ, the Contractor must respond with a No Bid. Unless the RFQ specifically allows for partial quotes, the Contractor must respond fully to all requirements specified in the RFQ.

When submitting a quote to a government end-user, the contractor must clearly state the length of time the quote is valid. The contractor shall honor any order submitted within the stated time period of a quote.

When responding to an RFI or RFQ issued from the NASA SEWP RFQ on-line quoting system, the Contractor must respond as outlined in Attachment C: Contract Holder User Manual (CHUM).

Contract Holders are prohibited from using Government information posted on the NASA SEWP Contract Holder Only Page, such as RFQs, RFIs, etc., for purposes other than proposing on SEWP requirements. This includes Contract Holders providing third parties with SEWP information and requirements for the purpose of assisting companies, that are not SEWP Contract Holders, with providing unsolicited proposals to meet agency requirements already posted to the NASA SEWP RFQ on-line quoting system.
