Mobile Wayfinding is part of ServiceNow’s Workplace Service Delivery Suite (WSD), which is designed to house and facilitate various kinds of office-based service requirements. Mobile Wayfinding more specifically handles the navigation aspect of space-based services, but the WSD suite also includes products to handle services like ordering supplies, reporting maintenance issues, or requesting cleaning.

 

How do I get Indoor/Mobile Wayfinding?
Install Mobile Wayfinding directly into your pre-existing ServiceNow Instance by downloading the application from the ServiceNow Store and then downloading the ServiceNow mobile app to your smart device. It’s available as part of the Workplace Service Delivery Suite.
